Work, process, and highlights

What I do

  • Architect

    The Work

I actively design and architect enterprise SaaS platforms. My recent focus is leveraging Generative AI to modernize our design ensuring we ship solutions faster. I don't just oversee the systems; I build them.

  • Manager

    The People

I lead a high-performing team of 20+ designers at Leapfrog Technology. My management style is "practitioner-first": I mentor based on active experience. I focus on removing bottlenecks, improving design ops, and driving career growth for my team.

My Process

Human-led product design, accelerated by AI, with judgment and craft staying human.

  1. Empathize

    Understand users in context

Interviews, journey mapping, and context to understand real needs.

Summarizes interview notes, groups recurring themes, and drafts a first synthesis for review.

  2. Define

    Sharpen the problem statement

Clarify scope, outcomes, and signals that prove we are solving the right problem.

Helps test assumptions, tighten problem framing, and draft alignment notes for stakeholders.

  3. Ideate

    Generate options, then converge

Explore options, critique rigorously, then converge on the strongest direction.

Generates multiple solution directions within set constraints so we can compare trade-offs faster.

  4. Prototype

    Turn direction into usable flows

Build with intentional fidelity, from quick probes to production-ready flows.

Speeds up wireframes, content placeholders, and interaction scaffolds to iterate quickly.

  5. Test

    Test and refine with evidence

Gather evidence, synthesize findings, and define the next best move.

Organizes test feedback and drafts readouts, while final product decisions stay with the team.

May loop back to Ideate when evidence suggests a better direction.
